1. Our stance
Shakvaro builds tools for legitimate, permission-based work. We do not support spam, unsolicited outreach, or any use that harms recipients. Accounts that break the rules below may be suspended or terminated without refund.
2. CatchLume: permission-based email only
CatchLume is an email deliverability and list-hygiene tool. It is for verifying and cleaning email lists that you have a lawful basis to process, so your legitimate messages reach real inboxes.
You may not use CatchLume to:
- Verify or clean purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested email lists.
- Support cold email, unsolicited bulk email, or any campaign that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, PECR, CASL, or other applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws.
- Send, or prepare to send, messages to people who have not given consent where consent is required.
- Evade spam filters, rotate identities, or disguise the sender of a message.
You must be able to demonstrate a lawful basis and, where required, consent for every address you process. CatchLume does not send email on your behalf and does not sell or share verification data.
3. Shakvaro Sidekick: research and organization only
Shakvaro Sidekick helps you save and organize public place information from Google Maps that you browse yourself, for your own research, planning, and reference.
You may not use Sidekick or its exported data to:
- Send unsolicited calls, texts, emails, or other outreach to the businesses or people in your saved lists.
- Build or sell contact lists for spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Break Google's Terms of Service, or any applicable data-protection or anti-spam law.
4. General prohibited uses
Across all our products, you may not:
- Do anything unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Distribute malware, or attempt to breach, overload, or reverse engineer our systems.
- Resell or sublicense our software except where its license explicitly allows it.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this policy, and repeated or serious abuse may be declined a refund under our Refund Policy.
