Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Takvaro and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Read the notice and tap Delete account to confirm.
Your account and associated data are removed right away and stop syncing to your devices.
Option 2 — Request deletion by web
If you can't use the app, request deletion here:
- Email privacy@shakvaro.com from the email address of your Takvaro account, with the subject "Delete my Takvaro account".
We verify the request is from the account owner, then delete the account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login (email / Google identity link).
- Your shop memberships and staff-role assignments.
- The business records associated with your account: shops you own, products, parties (customers / suppliers), transactions (sales / purchases / expenses), partners, stock, and reports data.
What may be retained (and for how long)
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Such data is kept only as long as legally required, then deleted. Anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are completed within a reasonable period — typically within 30 days.
