Blokair filters ads, trackers, and malware at the DNS layer — on your device, before they ever load. Encrypted over DoH. No accounts, no logs, no remote servers.
You can't see the air, but it's always there. Blokair works the same way, a quiet filter wrapped around everything your phone reaches, clearing out ads and trackers so what's left feels lighter, faster, and yours.
What's inside
Flip it on and protection runs in the background. No setup, no profiles to juggle, just tap and breathe.
Ads, trackers, malware, and phishing domains are stopped at the DNS layer, before they ever load on your phone.
See queries blocked, your block rate, bytes saved, and the trackers that tried hardest, updating in real time.
A calm, scrollable record of every blocked domain. Curious what's lurking? It's all there, nothing hidden.
Pick the resolver you trust, Cloudflare, Google, or Quad9. Switch anytime. You're never locked in.
Toggle protection from your notification shade or a home-screen widget that shows status and block count at a glance.
Every lookup travels over DNS-over-HTTPS, so no one on your network can read or tamper with where you're going.
Blokair runs as a local VPN. There's no remote server, your traffic never leaves your phone and lands on ours.
A quiet, near-black interface with a single calm accent. Designed to disappear into your phone, not shout at you.
How it works
Blokair starts a local VPN on your device. Nothing to sign up for, no account required.
DNS requests are routed over DoH to the resolver you chose, Cloudflare, Google, or Quad9.
Ads, trackers, malware, and phishing hosts are filtered out before the page even starts loading.
See everything it stops
Blokair keeps a live tally of what it's blocking and how much data you're saving. No fear, no red alarms, just a calm picture of the noise that never reached you.

Most blockers route your traffic through their servers. Blokair doesn't. There's no account to create, no remote server to trust, and no log of where you go, because none of it ever leaves your phone.
Questions
It uses Android's VPN slot to filter DNS locally, but it isn't a tunnel to our servers. There's no remote endpoint, your traffic stays on your device. We use the VPN permission only to inspect and filter DNS requests.
No. Filtering happens on-device at the DNS layer, which is lightweight. Most people see pages load faster because ads and trackers never download in the first place.
No. Blokair has no remote server and no account system. Your DNS queries and block history live only on your phone, and your encrypted lookups go straight to the resolver you picked. We never receive them.
Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8), and Quad9, all over encrypted DNS-over-HTTPS. You can switch between them at any time inside the app.
